Echo Horizon School Assembly for "Chocolate Bar" Book

Guests Dylan Siegel, author of “Chocolate Bar,”and his best friend Jonah Pournazarian will share the story of their “Million Dollar Friendship” and the amazing journey of a 6 year-old boy determined to raise funds to help find a cure for his best friend’s rare medical condition.

Since 2012, Dylan and his book, “Chocolate Bar,” have raiseda MILLION DOLLARS for a University of Florida Research Laboratory studying Jonah’s rare liver disorder, GSD.

This assembly will give our students an empowering lesson that anyone, anywhere can make a positive impact on the world.

Dylan’s book will be available for sale at the assembly for $20 per copy, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the University of Florida Research Lab.

Parents are invited and may participate in a Q & A with Dylan's and Jonah's parents after the Student Assembly, but seating is limited to the first 75 responders.
